What mixers do you sell parts for?
Mixer Systems, Inc. all products including; Turbin, Skip Hoist, TravelKrete, Stokar, & batchplant parts. Praschak, SICOMA, Dudik, T L Smith, and many others. Please call for any item you need related to concrete machinery. If we do not have the exact parts you need, we may have an equivalent or special order exactly what you want.
How long do I have to wait for my parts order?
Most orders ship within 48 hours of order placement. Many ship the same day.
Can you rush my order?
Yes, we work with UPS, FedEx, DHL, BAX Global, Lightning Express and others to assure that we can deliver parts as soon as they are available, even “same-day” in many cases.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have customers in many countries throughout the world. We work with the largest freight forwarders to provide the most shipping options. We can ship either by Air or by Ocean freight depending on your needs.
Can I establish credit for parts orders?
Yes. We have a credit application you can fill out and return. This process takes a week or two. In the interim, we accept wire transfers and credit cards, as well as most company checks.
What if I need to return an item?
Call 800-75-MIXER and ask for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Follow the instructions on the RGA form. We are happy to accept returns on unused, like-new items. (Restocking charges may apply).
What are your hours?
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, CST. Also, there is 24-hours voice mail for after-hours calls. (Just push extension 113 or 138 when prompted).
Can you help me find a part even if it is not from Mixer Systems, Inc.?
Yes, the parts department personnel have many search tools at their disposal to assist you in finding those hard-to-find items. Give us a chance to save you the time & frustration of searching on your own.
Can I visit Mixer Systems, Inc.?
Yes, just call ahead of time to set up a time to visit. We would love to show you what we are capable of!
Do you keep records of our past orders?
Yes, we can easily let you know the last time you ordered the arms, paddles or liners for your mixer, as well as any other items you have purchased. We can even view your past Purchase Order numbers.
Are replacement Parts & Service manuals available?
Yes, replacement manuals are available for all Mixer Systems, Inc. equipment. There is a charge depending on the age and size of the manual(s) in question. Call for info.
Do you sell safety equipment?
Mixer Systems, Inc. is very safety conscious. We have a full line of safety products including; decals, safety switches, guards, safety circuits, etc. Call for information.
Can I get the tracking number for my recent shipment?
Yes, just call us and we can track it for you, or provide you the number for you to track at your leisure.
Can I get a quote for new machinery from the Parts Department?
No, but we can help direct your call to the Sales department.
